Jose y Jose Bajan Pride Ballers jumped and pranced on hallowed turf tonight, after winning this country’s richest ever football tournament.
And all it took was one goal.
Midfielder Damien Williams took advantage of a horrible defensive blunder to ensure a 1-0 win that gave Bajan Pride $100 000 as the winners of the inaugural LIME/Pelican Football Challenge, over Nu Look 360 Connection.
Before a huge 9 000 strong crowd at Kensington Oval, the final whistle sparked a huge celebration at 10.15 p.m.
