Here ewe go!

Why did the sheep cross the road?
This question is usually put to the chicken; but these ewes at the Lancaster Roundabout in St James too needed to get to the other side.
The actual crossing took a little while though. The majority of sheep at first watched warily from a safe spot as a smaller group braved the traffic.
But seeing a photo op, the tardy wollen lot would soon be nudged by the braver ones that turned back to lead the full flock across the busy highway.
Not only that, they all put safety first: making sure it was clear before scooting along the animal crossing – well, pedestrian crossing.
Some people could learn a lot from sheep.
Here, the sheep scampering across the highway at the Lancaster Roundabout.
