Colour me Christmas

THIS IS THE TIME when our quaint capital makes up for the much-berated lack of sparkle or night life during the rest of the year. It’s Christmas, and Bridgetown actually comes alive with lighting of various colours – attracting onlookers from various vantage points overlooking the Careenage.
In this case, the glowing watery reflection is complemented by the majestic Parliament Buildings, the bright boulevard of Heroes’ Square and the dazzling commercial centre of Broad Street. And it leaves in awe adults and children alike. (RJ) (Picture by Basil Griffith.)
