A “blackout” was what caused him to lose control of the vehicle he was driving illegally and the cause of the accident that left a cyclist injured on December 28, said Daniel Dinero Reece.
The 19-year-old of 1st Avenue, Bank Hall, St Michael, yesterday was in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court, where he pleaded guilty to traffic charges arising from the accident and to a theft charge as well.

Reece also pleaded guilty to stealing a motor-cycle on December 30.
