Dead man identified

Police have released the name of the man found dead in St Joseph yesterday morning.
He is Cecil Waithe, 68, of St Elizabeth New Road.
His body was found on the road at Mount Dacres by a passer-by.
Police Public Relations Officer Inspector David Welch said today that no foul play is suspected at this stage.
There were no visible marks of violence on Waithe’s body and he reportedly suffered from health problems.
Police are waiting for the outcome of an autopsy to determine the cause of death. (DP)
