Laurie King is education chief

Laurie King has been appointed as this island’s new Chief Education Officer.
He had been acting in the position for the past two years following the retirement of Dr Wendy Griffith Watson.
A long-standing educator, King has served in the Ministry of Education for a number of years. (ES)
