No devil work in lodge

Masonic lodges are not evil and do not engage in devil worship.
Chief ranger Cameron Coombs from the court of Western Star sought to “erase” that popular perception yesterday, during its 166th anniversary service at the St Leonard’s Anglican Church.
“Let me say that no atheist can become a member of our society. And furthermore, that our teachings are derived from and based on The Bible. We therefore share with you, a common Christian faith rooted in the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of man,” Coombs explained.  
The Order of Foresters and Friendly Societies, from which Western Star is derived, was started around 1790 in England and came to Barbados in 1846, making the local arm one of the oldest in the world. There are three subordinate courts in Barbados.
