The National Housing Corporation 72-unit project at Valery, Brittons Hill, St Michael, is well on the way to completion.
The six-storey complex, which was launched in October last year, is providing work for 150 people. It is part of an urban high-rise and renewal programme, which will see construction of 400 rental units in the Greater Bridgetown area.
Two seven-storey buildings are also being built at Exmouth in Deacons, with additional units at The Grotto and Mason Hall Street.
Here, workers from Jada Construction busy themselves with different tasks on the job site.
