WORK on the Government’s urban high-rise housing project at Valery, Brittons Hill, St Michael, is progressing smoothly.
That is the word from Craig Murray, project supervisor with Sigma Construction Inc., the main contractor on the National Housing Corporation project.
“We are doing the ceilings, slicking, painting, trowel plastic and a bit of tiling, both on the interior and exterior.
“Most of the wet works are completed on the inside, and in terms of masonry it is just all finish work on the first tower,” he told the SATURDAY SUN team yesterday.
