The site visits and dress rehearsals are complete and all systems are go for the royal visit on Thursday and Friday.
Minister of Labour and Social Security Dr Esther Byer-Suckoo, who is responsible for coordinating the two-day visit of the Earl and Countess of Wessex, said they took pains to find new places for Prince Edward and his wife Princess Sophie to visit on the two-day visit to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
In addition to the joint sitting of the Parliament and a tour of the museum on Thursday, the couple will visit the University of the West Indies, the Jewish synagogue, the Children’s Development Centre and Prince Cave Hall. (YB)
