The man charged in connection with arson of his home and the death of his brother is now facing a murder charge.
Greville Rolando Headley, 27, of Country Park Towers, Country Road, St Michael, had the upgraded charge instituted when he reappeared in the District “A” Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
He is now accused of murdering his brother Michael Jefferson Albert, along with destroying the family unit by fire.Magistrate Graveney Bannister remanded Headley to Her Majesty’s Prison Dodds.
Headley, who was represented by Arthur Holder, returns to court on March 22. (HL-E)
