Students of the Holy Innocents Primary school observed African Awareness Day yesterday.
Dressed in African garb, teachers and students participated in a number of educational activities and viewed African artefacts on display.
Today ends the observance of Black History Month, which was acknowledged by institutions and social groups across Barbados. (AH)
