ANOTHER PRIMARY SCHOOL, this time one in the South-East of the island, was yesterday cleaning up after it was hit by burglars.
One man, believed to be one of the perpetrators, has been hospitalised in stable condition after being shot in the buttocks by police.
Inspector David Welch, public relations officer of the Royal Barbados Police Force, said yesterday that officers responded to a report just after 2 a.m., of a burglary in progress at the Gordon Walters Primary,  formerly St Patrick’s Primary School, in St Patrick’s, Christ Church.
He told the SATURDAY SUN that when officers arrived on the scene, they saw three men running away from the school.
