Kraigg Brathwaite hasn’t been in the best of form this season.
The solid opening batsman, however, displayed some of his battling qualities on the opening day of the first Digicel Test between West Indies and Australia at Kensington Oval yesterday.
Brathwaite buckled down for more than four hours in compiling a gutsy 57 that anchored West Indies’ total of 179 or three on a day cut short by 17 overs because of rain.
