A St Joseph man collapsed and died on a side walk in The City today.
Chrispin Darnell Ward, 81, of Cleavers Hill, St Joseph, died on the sidewalk at Bridge Street, around 11 a.m.
According to Police Public Relations Officer, Inspector David Welch, Ward left home around 9 a.m., to go into Bridgetown, and sometime later complained of feeling unwell.
“He was assisted by two persons. He reported that he was beginning to feel better but then he collapsed and died,” said Welch. (AH)
