Alexandra School teachers who were away from the classroom last week have been instructed to return immediately.
This directive has come this morning from the Barbados Secondary Teachers’ Union (BSTU).
First Vice-President Erskine Padmore, reading from a statement on the ongoing impasse between the teachers and principal of the school Jeff Broomes, said the teachers were told to resume their teaching duties immediately.
He said the BSTU has already written to officials informing them of the decision. (CM)
