DEMAND FOR RETAIL space at Barbados’ premier luxury shopping complex seems to be outstripping availability.
Paul Altman, developer of the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre which is already home to high-end brands like Louis Vuitton, Michael Kors and Ralph Lauren, has revealed that he is in the process of “signing up five major new brands and talking to five others”.
Speaking last Wednesday during a Press briefing on the rooftop of the Holetown, St James property, he said interested brands include Hugo Boss, Burberry and Crocs.
“We don’t have the room for all of them but it’s a question of who comes first at this point in time,” he said.
