HEALING HERBS: Lying drains good energy

Silent doctor! I am afflicted by “Pinocchio” Syndrome. Is there any silent doctor that can assist me?
I had a profound encounter with a habitual liar and genuinely recognize why most of these people need healing.
In essence, lying can become a comfort zone for some; for others, it can drain the body of good energy and negatively affect the parasympathetic system, which can lead to an increased heart rate, high blood pressure, stress, insomnia, depression, and anxiety.
Some may even turn to alcohol or drugs when they are unable to face themselves because they fear being discovered.
Children who lie will get worse if the condition is not corrected. Lying shows a lack of good values and dwelling in lower consciousness. Detoxing the body with silent doctors and feeding the mind positive thoughts are essential for healing.
During this research respondents named some of the reasons people lie: avoiding punishment, infidelity, disappointing exam results, overdue mortgage and other loan payments, being caught stealing, to be accepted in a social or academic circle, to conceal the truth at interviews, to avoid hurting people’s feelings, driving with no insurance or road tax, fear of the consequences of telling the truth, and being embarrassed about financial difficulties.
Signs of lying include: not looking you in the eye, a change in the pitch of the voice, stammering, throat-clearing, fake smiles, acting nervous, making statements which are contradictory, saying things that don’t sound right, being overly defensive, and changing the subject using humour or sarcasm.
Things to try:
Make major contact with the Creator through prayer.
Detox the body regularly using turmeric, wonder-of-the-world and pride of Barbados concoctions.
Try products containing rosemary, dopa beans and passion fruit to assist in clarifying the mind.
Decide you want to change and seek professional help.
 Use a wholistic healing approach.
 Take courses in self-esteem building.
Exercise regularly and try tai chi, yoga or meditation.
Teas made from soursop and mango leaves are relaxing and the overall essence suggests that life is for living and not lying.
Fix a 100-piece jigsaw puzzle in nature and while fixing it, focus on being truthful to self.
People with Pinocchio syndrome should know their reputation as frauds is never a secret and unknown to them, there is a significant distrust of them.
