The First Citizens Bridgetown by Night Heritage Tour in association with the Barbados Tourism Investment Inc is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 3.
The walk will be led by historians Morris Greenidge and Trevor Marshall and will move off from Trevor’s Way on Princess Alice Highway at 6 p.m. Yesterday during the launch of the event at Jubilee Gardens there was the rare sight of a town crier and a mauby woman, alerting passers-by and quenching their thirst, respectively.
Here, characters who will participate in the tour offering a sample of what people can expect when it hits The City. (AH)
