The residents of Evelyn Road in St Philip want to know when they will have some improvement to the road used by the heavily populated area.
Charles Estwick and neighbours say the road, in disrepair for years, was further damaged by heavy traffic when used as a diversion route during roadworks between Brereton and Marchfield in the same parish.
Estwick said that since these roadworks had been completed, no one had come back to fix Evelyn Road or at least “make it suitable”.
The residents say they feel forgotten by the Ministry of Transport and Works which has never in their “living memory” done anything to fix the road. (LK)
