PATIENTS at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital could not wait for the clock to strike 11 yesterday morning for the refurbished main entrance to be reopened.
Even though messages about the closure were in the various media, people turned up early for services provided in that area and had to wait.
When the way was cleared, they rushed to the spacious surroundings and new accommodations – part of the hospital’s ongoing Service Improvement Programme – for appointments. (YB)
