Police probing Pinelands shooting

Police are continuing investigations into a shooting incident which occurred around 5 p.m. yesterday at Martin Road, Pinelands, St Michael, which left one person injured.
Various properties were also damaged, according to a police report.
A release this morning from the Police stated that “investigations revealed that during the ‘after party’ of the Pinelands carnival, several gunshots were heard.”
It noted that a 17-year old Wildey, St. Michael resident received a gunshot wound to his right leg. Two windows from two separate residences were damaged. Three vehicles were also damaged.
