Residents living along Spring Garden Highway woke up this morning to the sight of a five-car accident.
Amanda Sangano said she was roused from her sleep by a several loud crashing noises. “I just heard boom, boom, boom, boom and when I open the door this is what surprised me,” she said.
For the Austin sisters, they awoke to see a car squashed onto the guard wall of their rented home.
The sisters who share the home with their mother said they were asleep at the time of the accident which occurred shortly after 8 a.m.Â
The drivers who all escaped serious injury refused to comment on the incident. (LK)
