All smiles before business

Concerns over trade imbalances, particularly with Trinidad and Tobago, are foremost on the lips of CARICOM leaders attending their annual summit in St Lucia.
Yesterday the twin-island republic’s Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar responded to issues raised by both Barbados and Jamaica.
But before they got down to business, the leaders found time for some light banter.
