LONDON – With just over two minutes gone in their 73kg bout at the London Olympic Games, Barbadian Kyle Maxwell was pinned by world No. 2 Riki Nakaya of Japan, losing by the maxium.
Maxwell, who had been very much into the match to that point, made one costly error and his opponent seized the advantage to move to on the round of 16.
Yesterday, Guyana’s Raul Lall lasted just 12 seconds before being thrown and lost to Eisa Majrashi of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. (SAT)
