LIME’s call centre is back

Approximately 60 people will be employed to work for LIME in matter of months.After almost three years of listening to complaints from customers, telecommunications provider LIME is opening a new Call Centre in Barbados in October.LIME is partnering with Canada-based industry leader TELUS and its global contact centre delivery arm, TELUS International, which will provide support for customers in Barbados and other LIME territories across the region.The centre will be a part of the regional network offering customer service to LIME customers. Calls will also be facilitated through other world-class centres in the region, which TELUS International, through its partners, will set up and manage. Other centres will be set up in Jamaica and St Lucia.Alex McDonald Managing Director, LIME Barbados said they anticipate immediate improvements for customers. (YB)
