Flights in and out of Antigua have restarted with the reopening of the V.C. Bird International Airport.
A Press release this morning from LIAT stated that due to the adverse weather conditions associated with Tropical Storm Isaac, there may still be some flight cancellations today.
“The storm has disrupted LIAT’s services in several destinations north of Antigua and flights to/from St Thomas, St Croix, San Juan and St Maarten have now been delayed. Passengers travelling to the affected destinations have the option of changing their flight to the next available service at no charge within a week of their original travel date,” stated the release.
LIAT says it will update passengers later in the day.
