UP?TO LAST?NIGHT, Raul Garcia had not yet been moved from Her Majesty’s Prisons Dodds, according to his attorney.
David Comissiong is still holding out hope, saying that if Garcia was not moved “he will be very, very disappointed”.
Comissiong told the SUNDAY?SUN he met with Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Defence and Security Captain Randolph Straughan last Thursday to discuss Garcia’s move from prison to a safe house.
“He assured me that Garcia would be removed from prison on Saturday, and I spoke to Garcia on Friday and gave him the assurance that all systems were being put in place for his move.” (MB)
