Last flight for LIAT pilot

The VC Bird International Airport was a hive of activity this morning.
The celebrations were focused on Captain David “Tony” Gilkes who landed his last flight at the airport, bringing an end to his 43-year flying career.
Gilkes spent 40 of those years with LIAT.
Friends and colleagues gathered at the airport for the retirement celebrations.
