Tudor, who lived at Chapman Village, St Thomas, turned up at her residence Friday night to find it burnt to the ground; and she strongly believes it was arson.

“I was supposed to be spending the weekend at a family friend in St Philip, but when I?got there she did not have any water and I decided to go back home because of the children.
