Kevyn Lynch is the toast of the Barbadian-based Regional Police Training Centre (RPTC). The Bajan turned out to be the Best Recruit among 24 other graduates when the 136th Passing Out Parade was held at the RPTC headquarters at Seawell.
Lynch earned the Captain WHR Armstrong Challenge Trophy for attaining the highest aggregate of the centre’s six-month programme, and was also the centre’s Best Barbadian Student, for which he earned the Ex-Barbados Police Association Trophy.
For his overall effort, Lynch, now Police Constable 2056, earned the highest award, the Commandant’s Trophy.
