Ival Tafari Grosvenor of St Michael, was riding a motorcycle that was involved in an accident just before 7 p.m. on Pine East-West Boulevard, St Michael.

Rawle Spooner: “I hate to question authorities but what is the RBPF going to do about this (accidents). Serious enforcement is needed because it seems drivers for whatever reason ain’t getting the message.”
