Barbadian-based international band Cover Drive is striving to be an inspiration to young people and has vowed to preach through its music that dreams are attainable.
They did just that earlier at The St Michael School, where they treated the students and staff members to a free concert and words of encouragement as they started a week’s journey where they will be visiting the secondary schools each member attended.
After an energetic performance of a selection of their hits like Twilight and Lick Ya Down, the band’s lead singer Amanda Reifer told the DAILY NATION that after a lengthy tour of Britain, the band was grateful to be granted the opportunity to perform for and interact with the students of their respective schools.
