DEAR CHRISTINE: Court system ruining Christmas

Dear Christine,  
I WROTE TO YOU BEFORE about the court system when it comes to late payments of money for children.
With Christmas just around the corner, what will happen if cheques are printed on December 15 and December 30? How will mothers who depend on this money be able to give their children a reasonably good Christmas?
I called the St Matthias Court recently and spoke to a clerk. She told me my concerns were not her problem and when the cheques were printed, the people would receive them. With that, she hung up the telephone.
