IT IS JUST A matter of days before the grand opening of The Magical Storybook Show and rehearsals are in full swing.
The production will take place every night from November 30 to December 3 at the Garfield Sobers Sports Complex to raise funds to meet the medical costs for Barbadian children who have cancer.
Yesterday was used for technical rehearsals and training of the backstage crew for the show which is being presented by the Barbados Cancer Society and produced by Anna Adamira.
She said rehearsals would continue this week for the cast of about 475, ranging from age three and up, from five dance schools, who have been practising every weekend from the beginning of the year. (AH)
