“Quite possibly, Parkinson children need me more than the Alexandra children need me.”
Having come to that conclusion, and the end of his certified sick leave, Jeff Broomes reported for duty at Parkinson Memorial Secondary School yesterday morning.
“I am not going to sell my abilities and my skills short. Whatever I got in me that I can give to these children, I’m going to give them,” Broomes told the DAILY NATION.
His stance was endorsed in a message his only child – Lia – sent him from New York.
