Barbadian businessmen have been assured that despite tough economic times Republic Bank will be there to help them and the island pull through.
This pledge came Thursday from managing director and CEO of Republic Bank Barbados, Ian De Souza, as he welcomed a number of private sector company owners and executives to a quarterly breakfast seminar on corporate and commercial credit at Hilton Barbados.
Following his remarks, manager of the Corporate and Commercial Credit Unit, Sean Husain, conducted a session outlining lending considerations of the bank.
De Souza said, “We’re here for the long haul. We intend to work with you to ensure success and viability of your business.” (GA)
