David Estwick has done the hat-trick in St Philip West.
He was declared winner by returning officer Pauline Morgan around 12:40 a.m. to a quiet Princess Margaret Secondary School.
That quiet was broken about five minutes later, when the jubilant Estwick arrived in a victory walk from his nearby office with wife Margaret, daughter Daniella and vocal supporters in tow.
“I was always confident and I am still confident today that when all the votes are tabulated that the Democratic Labour Party will hold supreme and win this Government,” the high-spirited Estwick said to loud cheers from his fans. (YB)
3-peat for Estwick
