Marvin Marcus Victor, 27, of 4th Avenue Pickwick Gap, Westbury Road, St Michael, was arrested and charged for offences related to a shooting in St Michael which left one man injured.
That incident which occurred on March 30 around 7:40 p.m. left 24-year-old Jabari Wickham injured.
Victor has been charged for unlawful use of a firearm and serious bodily harm.
He appeared at the District A Magistrate Court yesterday and was remanded to reappear on April 30, 2013.
Wickham, of Bank Hall, St Michael, received a gunshot injury to his lower back while at Chapman Lane, St Michael, after two men rode through the community on a motorcycle and fired a number of shots at a group of persons.
