Hoteliers walked away with most of the water sport equipment at the massive auction held earlier today for the now closed Almond Beach Village, Heywoods, St Peter.
Names such as Peter Odle of Mango Bay Hotel; Dennis Tull of Golden Sands Apartment Hotel and Ludo Marcelo of Waves Hotel and Spa were among those who turned up for the auction.
There were a number of items up for auction, including kayaks, boats, vehicles as well as wares, mattresses and beds. (CM)
