Barbados has recorded another road fatality.
An accident which took place around 6:40 last night at the junction of Checker Hall Road and Colleton Road in St Lucy, involving a car and a bicyclist has left one man dead.
He is Romario Grenville Husbands, 19, of Lower Carlton, St James, who was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital following the accident.
Police said Husbands was pronounced dead on arrival.
Husbands was in the company of four other bicyclists when the accident occurred.
The car involved in the accident was driven by Jenneen Hinds, 28, of Pie Corner, St Lucy. (CM)
