HUNDREDS OF RESIDENTS across three parishes were affected by water outages yesterday.
People in several districts across St Peter, St James and St Thomas were unable to take a bath, do their Sunday washing or cook their Sunday meals.
Business places were also affected, forcing some to close or scale down their operations. A family at Four Hill, St Peter, was seen making treks to the nearby standpipe for the precious commodity. The Daily Nation team also saw residents filling up as a Barbados Water Authority tanker made the rounds through affected areas. (TTY)
