THE MANAGEMENT of small companies in Barbados needs to be improved in order to maximize business potential and meet various challenges.
Furthermore, general manager of corporate and commercial credit at Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited Sean Husain said, the training of business owners was necessary for the sector to continue to grow.
He said it was for that reason that the bank had introduced various initiatives to assist business operators here.
Husain’s comments came as he delivered remarks during the closing ceremony of the bank’s Commercial Customer Business programme at the Island Inn Hotel last Wednesday.
