THE STALLED?FOUR SEASONS HOTEL AND RESORT project at Walmer Lodge, Black Rock, St Michael, has been entangled in controversy because of financial problems.
Yesterday, people had one more concern about the project when a tattered Barbados flag was seen hoisted over the property. Many termed it a disgrace.
