IT’S LABOUR DAY TODAY, but workers in the Government’s Drainage Division are not celebrating.
They say they have nothing to be happy about because they have not been paid for the month of April.
And tomorrow, instead of going back to work, they will be “assembling in solidarity action”, one official of the National Union of Public Workers (NUPW) said yesterday.
They may well decide to march to Government Headquarters, the official added.
No pay, all pain
