Jamaican woman charged for drugs

Police have arrested and charged Jamaican national Natallia Shevanese Graham years for a number of drug offences including possession, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and importation.
Graham arrived by air from Jamaica on May 11  and was interviewed by police after clearing Immigration.  Police said she was referred to a medical facility where she passed out two packets containing cannabis which she had ingested. 
She also had one hidden in her vagina. The weight of the drugs totaled 175 grams.
Graham appeared at the District B Magistrate Court today  and pleaded guilty to the charges. 
She was sentenced to 12 months in prison for the offence of trafficking. (CM/PR)
