The Nation’s Online Editor Carol Martindale looks at What’s Trending today in Barbados.
The story of the father of the triplets is making the rounds this morning.
The father of the babies who were featured during the week, says he has not turned his back on his children. Gregory Jones said he is being treated for injuries he sustained in an incident with the children’s mother.
Our readers are following and had this to say about this new twist.
Mike Brooks: “What can i say? i don’t know either of them, but what i can say is that women, especially women in this country love to jump on band wagons when it comes to blaming men for the choices they themselves contributed to. I’m not gonna blame her but it was her choice to have unprotected sex, as much as it was his. Anyways enough said on this topic because some people can’t handle the truth. I encourage the young man to find any work he can and support his kids, anything is better than nothing.”
Pinky Swear: “Just goes to show there are two sides to every story. Who are we to judge?”
Michael Trotman: “The children are here, both of them need to work out a plan to guide and nurture these children”.
