He preys on his female employees

THINGS TOUGH and a lot of people, especially single mothers, are suffering. Because of this, some male employers are trying to exploit these desperate souls by demanding to sleep with them.
There is a man I know who is a master at this. His mouth is sweet, but as soon as he has a woman depending on him, he demands more and more sex. And if the woman does not give in, he gives her such a hard time on the job afterwards that she has to leave.
How come I know so much about him?
I used to work for him and he tried doing that to me, but I would not give in, so he got rid of me.
I am sick and tired of seeing this man treating women badly and getting away with it.
But that is not the worst. This man does these things despite having a girlfriend who works with him. At first I thought she remained with him and turned a blind eye to his wickedness because he controls her purse strings. But I have since learnt that she was not even aware he was horning her and lying about his activities.
Not only that – he also can’t read or write. He knows how to build the business and get things done from his work experience, but as for the paperwork, this is where the girlfriend comes in. She handles all of that for him.
Most people don’t even realize this about him, given that he’s such a loudmouth braggart who gives the impression he knows everything about everything and likes to drop names of who he knows and did work for.
But the truth is that all he can do is recognize his name and sign it. When I was first told he was illiterate, I couldn’t believe it. So in talking with him I gave him a pencil and a piece of paper and told him my number. He wrote the number but not my name.
When I asked him why, he grinned and said that if his girlfriend saw it she would think I was after him and give him stress over it. He said he would memorize the numbers.
Later, he gave me the paper and pencil and told me to write down my name and address before he forgot. That was his tricky way of trying to hide from me the fact that he could not read or write. I was later told that is what he does all the time so that people wouldn’t catch on.
But it is his preying on women that I want to focus on.
This man, let’s call him D, has a business in which he employs a number of people and pays just above minimum wages. Before the Guyanese started moving out of Barbados, he used to mostly employ them, especially the women. He used to house them, too, in rooms he rented. So he was gaining all around.
Just to show how nasty this man is: he used to employ a Guyanese man and his wife, and he would have the husband dropped off at one place to work and then go to the house to get the wife with the excuse that he was taking her to another site. Then he would spend a couple of hours having sex with her before taking her to where she was supposed to work.
Everybody realized that he was doing that, except the husband, who used to act as if he did not know what was going on.
If any woman asks him for money to buy anything, even food for their children, he tells them he wants sex as payment. After having sex with them he would tell his friends who lime at a certain shop.
I want women to know they need to have pride in themselves and not give in to men like that, who feel because they have money they have the right to do anything to anybody.
As for his woman N, she needs to stop dealing with that man before he gives her a disease. She had better realize that men like him only use women and leave them because the only person they love is themselves.
