Student injured in fight

Police are investigating reports of a violent confrontation between two secondary school students which left one nursing a knife injury.
Reports indicate two 12-year-old first form students of the St Leonard’s Boys’ School were involved in an altercation where a knife was reportedly used.
The victim received an injury to the side and was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
The injury was not deemed as life threatening. (CA)
