Sir Richard Haynes is dead.
He passed a way this afternoon around 1:05 p.m. at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Sir Richard was a former Minister of Finance in Barbados and was the founder and leader of the now defunct National Democratic Party (NDP).
